sam and i minimized our diet last week to fresh fruits and vegetables in an attempt to cleanse our bodies. i started every morning with an all fruit smoothie. we ate lots of apples, asparagus, carrots, clementines, broccoli, avocados, tomatoes, mushrooms. you name it. the first night, mike made us a delicious vegetable soup. it's been amazing refraining from processed foods. completely all natural. i may try to continue on some sort of raw food diet. it all depends on the strength of my mac and cheese withdrawals. ;)
